About the Role
We have 3 bars and a restaurant. Team members are rostered and moved across the areas based on business needs and skills.
You will be doing hotel related tasks and greeting, hosting and serving on a mix of locals, hotel guests and tourists.
Requirements
- NT RSA is required
- NT RSG an advantage
- Knowledge of kegs and tap lines
- Knowledge of spirits, wines and beers
- Experience in taking orders, setting tables, delivering food
- Willing to do daily setup, maintencance and pack down
- Proactive in keeping customers served and venue clean
